We all get triggered from time to time and I’m no exception! Past experiences can arise and fill your mind with thoughts and it is only too easy to jump on the negative train of thought, carriage to carriage destination doomsville… However, once you learn to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, you are able to jump off that train and shift upwards quickly! The emotiional guidance scale has 22 emotions your aim is to shift back upwards, even if its just one emotion at a time 👍🏼 Do whatever works for you to release, let go and lift you back into a better vibration, a better feeling place 💚 ✨Music ✨Art ✨Nature ✨Good food ✨Connection ✨Dance ✨Yoga ✨pet your dog ✨A hug (or self hug) ✨A good cry ✨Journal ✨meditation Do whatever works for you! Because feeling the best version of yourself is an important key to unlocking Manifestation ✅ For me listening to audiobooks on the subject and a self doubt meditation is a powerful way to release negative energy. The one I did this morning was so powerful I had tears rolling down my face.
