Observe your thoughts and how they make you feel. Awareness is the first step in change. ✨ Step 2: Forgive Yourself 💚 Release self-judgment and celebrate your desire to shift upwards. Thank negative thoughts for showing you what you don’t want. They are guiding you towards what you do want.
